Ht. 4'11", Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Ok, im 4'11 and 150lbs. I need help loosing weight, and I don't wanna ask my mom because Im afraid of what she might tell other people. Im i size 11 in juniors, but even that is to tight. Even loose pants, if i sit down my stomach rolls over-making my 'rolls'(i guess thats wut u'd call them)show. when i look @ myself in the mirror w/ a tight shirt, or just to see how fat i am, its really depressing....i know im VERY fat, most people here are like 120. i used to be 130 i gained 20 lbs in ONE MONTH! I have the same exact problem as you and I'm the same height as you to! When you're shorter, there's no where else for the fat to go, so we just get rolls. Whenever you figure out a plan, please email me at

I know how you feel I gained heaps of weight in a short period of time too. I think that you have to just stop what you are doing ( i did this) and sit down and think about what you are doing. Step back and look at what you are eating and how much exercise you are doing. Then make yourself a plan that you know you will stick to and that fits in with your life. For me, I like counting calories so thats what I do. You have to get back into control. About your mom, why dont you just ask her not to tell anyone. Explain how upset you will be if she does and how this problem is hurting you. I was losing weight for years on my own diet plan and no one knew about it, not my family or even closest friends cause I was too embarressed to tell anyone. You can do it alone, and I believe you can do it!
