People can be really cruel. But you have to except yourself and like yourself FIRST before other people will. Everyone has things they dont like about themselves and thats ok. Cause when you find true friends of a true relationship, they wont care about what you look like, they'll like you for who you are inside.

Hey, Alright listen. I weigh 179 lbs and I am 5'5" and of course I am 50lbs over weight but if people make fun of u bcuz of the way u look or how much u weigh, they need 2 look at themselves first. I just started a diet and it is the hardest thing for me to do because I L-O-V-E 2 eat food. Junk food, fast food, yummy food...any thing, I will try almost anything once and so far it's put me in a bad situation and I am only doing the whole diet thing because it makes me feel good. All my friends say I'm not fat, I'm tall so it "lengthens" it all out. But I have thick thighs and a bit of a gut. I would love to fit in small clothes and be like my best friend (who is not that helpful when she's like 4'10" and weighs 95-98 lbs and claims she's fat and she is a pig) but it only matters to YOU!!! If you feel good in your own skin. Tell everyone else to bite it and buzz off. Find some friends that may support u if u decide to go on a diet. Find someone you can look up 2 as a role model. Mine is Ludacris! He's hott so I can imagine if my stomach is slinked down then I might have a chance with him! Seeing he likes thicky thick legs I only need to get rid of the flab not the muscle! Have fun with it. Not some1 really skinny though cuz U might be built a little bit chunky and if u lose a lot of weight, u'll look anorexic and more peeps will b talkin' but if u r doing it for urself 4 self esteem or just cuz u wanna look good in a bathing suit then go ahead and do it. Here are some things I did in the past and I toned up and lost weight...believe it or not...cheerleading. Stretching and jumping and having fun is cool. I wouldn't b a cheerleader now but, hey it might b 4 u. Try crunches too. Lay flat on ur back and knees up on a chair or something higher than 2 feet off the ground and with ur hands on the back of your neck ,lift only your head up to the ceiling up 2 ur ribcage. Use ur lower stomach muscles to lift up ur head. Lower muscles not upper. It'll lose that little flabby pouch! And if u want to tighten and tone ur muscles in front of ur legs below ur knees...PLAY NINTENDO or Playstation or something. Sit it a chair with ur elbows on ur knees. Then weighing down ur body weight on ur knees lift up ur toes slowly up to ur ankle \- <=foot on the ground. => (ankle->)\/<-foot. This should make you foot and ankle into a "V" shape. Do this until it hurts and burns. It feels good it's not painfully. Ur muscles that u don't use are getting used now. Trust me. Do this all the time and that muscle will b rock hard. Mine are! Good Luck and don't let ANYONE bring u down. Keep ur head up!

Hey, Girl, If nobody is talking to you they are NOT real friends, you need friends that understand it's not about how much you weigh it is about the personality inside of you. From what I've read yes, Maybe you have a little bit of extra fat than everybody else, but It's better to be a little fat than too much overweight or too much underweight. Girl you sound like a perfect person to me!
