Ht. 5'1", Start: 220 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - I'm only 9 pounds away from my "goal", although that goal seems kind of pointless now. I was just looking at the BMI chart and apparently I have to be down to 130. That's seems so far away! I've lost 61 pounds, and will have lost 70 when I reach my "goal" and I'm proud of that... it's just that it doesn't feel like enough sometimes. Like last night, I had a sleep over and all of my friends are tiny... I felt so different. When we went swimming I was the only one not wearing a two piece. I don't know... maybe I should just suck it up and be greatful. I'll keep working.

I completely agree. Your progress is amazing and you shouldn't feel the need to lose more weight if you're happy. What you've done alreadyy is just, wow. I'm too lazy to lose 10 pounds, my jaw dropped when i saw how much you'd lost. Now That's called motivation!

Wow, first of all, congratulations on losing so much weight! 61 pounds is seriously AMAZING. You don't HAVE to get down to 130 pounds. Once you're down to 150 pounds, see if you feel comfortable and good. Really think about it. "Do I want to lose more weight, or am I good as I am, right now? Do I feel good at this weight?" If you still feel you should lose some more, say "hey maybe i'll lose 5 more pounds!" But if you feel good(which you should!), then maybe just try to maintain your weight loss. In my opinion, 150 is perfect. And at least you're not 220 anymore. That'll be 70 pounds gone and never coming back! :D You've accomplished something huge, something amazing. Great job. One day I hope to lose as much as you have. You're an inspiration!

hey i dont think you should be looking at the negative but more at the positive.you've lost 60 lbs and that is amazing! you're truly my inspiration, and i wish i could be at least half as motivated as you! if you're happy with the way you look don't lose that extra 20 lbs because you've reached your goal. if you're still unsatisfied with the way you look, go for it!
