Ht. 6'0", Start: 255 lb, Today: 247.8 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 155 lb - sooo lost a pound in 5 days...eh decent i guess...wish it were more....ran 2 miles this morning and had a bowl of special k...ugh i love ranch tho its sooo hard to give that up...its all im craving but i know its puuuure fat....buuut hopefully ill be seeing the pounds melt off of me more...for lunch im going to have a piece of fish and a can of green beans...can you believe thats only 150 calories!!! I have to buy some more fish because its the last piece...i hate that it is sooo expensive. for dinner tho im going to a steakhouse but im getting a salad...their salads are deliceious but its going to be hard with my family gettin greasy food and telling me to join them. but i am determined to get down to 200 by the time school starts!!! and i can do it...i just gotta stay motivated...which seems to be the hardest thing right now...
