Does anyone have any suggestions for me to lose weight? I really want to and everytime I see a pretty supermodel who has a great body, my self-esteem gets lower. Can anyone help me? I want to lose like 50-60 pounds and stay fit. I know I'm ovrweight so please don't lie to me, and say I'm skinny because I'm not.

And remember your still growing so when you get taller your body will even out. Just look at how tall your parents are, thats probably around how tall you will be. But if you really are not happy with your body and want to lose weight just set a small goal, its easier to follow through with. you could try pilates or even just walking that will be your cardio workout and than you could also use weights or other stuff to build some muscle.
