Today: 200 lb, Goal: 117 lb - Hey everywun.. i posted a message on here b4 but nowun is replying! I need to lose 83 pounds! i want to b4 next skool yr. i became a vegitarian and i dont eat after 7 and i do 2 exercise videos 2 times a day. wut else should i do to lose the weight?! i have a 21 yr old sister who has the prfect lil figure and a 23 yr old sister who has the pefect lil figure.. they always tell each other how cute they look, but they never seem to say it to me. Im sick of it! I weigh 200 lbs and i would really like to lose the weight b4 our carnival in August bc everywun will be there.u kan email me at haha yea its long.. thanx a million.. ~Chantelle~

Drink lots of water it will keep you feeling refresed and help with the urge to eat. props for the exercise i wish i had the will power

well it sounds liek you are off to a great start, i have a couple tips:
1. NEVER skip breakfast, it gets your metabolism started so you can't lose weight unles you eat breakfast
2. W-A-T-E-R drink a lot of it, if temporarily fills oyu up so you wont eat as much and its great if u r tryin 2 lose weight
3. eating veggies and things like that is great. but remeber not 2 have over the serving size of them..or anything, they are only healthy until you eat too many of them, and the nutritional value won't be accurat unless you eat the serving size
