Hey everyone, I'm new here. Anyway. Like mostly everyone here, I'm hoping to shead a few pounds come this summer. Anyway. I'm just a little out of shape from what I used to be and am hoping to lose around 5 lbs or so in the next two weeks. Could anyone give me any quick suggestions on calorie intake and how much I should have each day to meet my goal? Also-at school, I have no problem binging because I'm in my classes and such but during the weekend I feel terrible when I can't grab a hold of myself from eating more than I wish to inbetween meals. Anyway. Thanks for anyone who bother's replying, ^_^.

when i read what i wrote earlier it kinda seemed like i said for u to try barfing up ur salad(i duno if u thoght thats wat i meant) but i didnt i jus meant try eating huge salads ok ttfn, haha!

im trying to lose weight myself and ive found that on the weekends if i have a HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!salad that it fills me up soooo much that if i eat it all i feel like im goin to barf if i have somethin els so id suggest u try that(and by the way the new mcdonalds chicken salads r AEWSOME!!!dont get the crispy one thogh cuz i bet it has A LOT of calories!!)hope i helped somehow!!!
