I'm 15 and weigh about 144lbs...I've been trying for months to loss weight(I want to weigh at most 130lbs but I just can't seem to do it! I've been running almost everyday and trying to watch what I eat, but the problem is I'm addicted to food! esp. carbs and sweets, which is what I shouldn't be eating!! ahh! How do you all do it?? help!

Reply from miss mature - 06/05/03 - IP#: 24.243.153.xxx what i am doing now is i am drinking all the water i can, i am now 172, and so i drink 22 cups of water aka 9 water bottles, drink more, and don't eat past 7!!!! you can eat all of that junk, just eat less, every other night i have a root bear float, just, aet a lot less of it, (save the rest for tommarrow!!)
