Ht. 5'1", Today: 423.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hi, my name is Anna. I am 13 years old. I am 5'1 and I weigh 423.5 lbs. I really want to lose weight before I have any serious health problems. But, whenever I do any exercises, it really hurts. I need some advice onn howw to lose weight. I am very desperte.

hey i know that it hurts cause i've been there and if i can do it so can you try this its taebo it fun and easy and you lose weight if you do it every day not weekends its basilly punches,kicks, and moving your body around its easy good luck athena

Cut back on sodas and drink diet and water eat half of what u used to!!!!!!!!!!

In one word: WALK. Trust me, walking works wonders. It's easy, there's no bending to strain you, and if you go with a friend it's even easier because they take your mind off the fact that you're exercising. Also, when you walk make sure you keep yourself hydrated. Hope this helps. Oh, my email is if you need anything.
