Ok, ummm...you know when you're too fat too run? How do I work my slow pace walk to a steady paced run? I'm a girl, very overweight, and large-chested so it's hard for me to run right now. How much should I walk everyday?

Renee- FoWalk about 15 minutes a day until you no longer feel that is challenging you physically. Then up it to 20 minutes until *that* doesn't challenge you. Continue to walk longer & faster, and when you feel like you can, add a little jogging into it (even if it's just a few steps). You'll be a world-class runner in no time. ;) -James
