Hi my name is megan and i'm almost 17 years old..i have been dealing with a weight issue for a long time.. I need to lose 15 pounds and before school. I know i can do it i just need help..i have this problem where i eat good for like 3 days and then i feel deprived to i binge on one day and like eat all this fatty bad food..like candy and cake and all that stuff..it's like i can't stop..and then i feel so guilty afterward..i just need to stop those little eating episodes and just be normal. I don't ever throw up my food...that is just horrible..i'm glad i don't! I am the same exact way! I'll be thinking positive about eating healthy and then after a few days, I'll put all of that down the drain. Your best bet is to talk to your parents about the food they buy for the family. I talked to my mom about it and now she rarely buys junk food, except on special occasions. Keep saying to yourself in your mind when you're looking for something to eat; do I want to fit into those or not? It might help. Good luck!
