hey pplz~i have gotten several replies to my messages and i have gotten really good advice on how to lose weight but how am i supposed to stick to it?~i keep on trying but i alwayz end up eating more and more~~plzz help me~~thanx~!

Its your choice when you eat, so you have to be STRONG. Just say NO . :) I'm serious, though. Just east something healthy like an apple when you have to eat something. Its hard, but only you can help yourself. Go for a walk if you are tempted, or do jumping jacks, or watch TV or anything that helps you not eat. Good luck

All you have to do is decide what you want and go for it. Dont just say you want to loose weight cause saying it and doing it are 2 different things. All you need to do is put your mind to it and you can do it. want more help email me at or im me on aim at lilislander07. peace out
