Today: 165 lb - Hi I'm 14 years old and i weight 165lb maybe to some people thats not alot but it is i wish i was like my friends and some of my family but im not i need to flaten my stomach and i wish that i was like for being me not some one to make fun of because of her weight can u help me oprah....haha just joking but i do need help

Hey i lost 3 pounds last week and all i did was cut my portions in half not eat all that junk do 50 sit ups a night some leg lifts go on walks bike rides swimming and you will loose 3 pounds a week and in 5 weeks u can loose 15 pounds and then in 18 weeks u can loose 54 pounds but that might be to much pounds cuz u r lighter then me i am 175

Awww, I know how you feel! I was 167 pounds (When I was 14) and it was so annoying! All of my friends weighed so much less. I would suggest that you go on walks everyday (2+ miles) because it really works. Also, drink water and watch what you eat (No sweets or junk food! Eat an apple instead!). I hope it works out! I know exactly how you feel.
