Start: 160 lb, Today: 210 lb - Help i need to lose weight before school starts. When the summer ended i was overweight at 160 and some people teased me. It wasnt very noticible. Now i weigh 210 lbs. My stomach got so big and really shows through my shirts. I also developed breasts that also shoew through my clothes. My face changed and became more plumper. i try to eat healthy but when junk food is around me i eat it. If anyone could tell me an exercise that focuses on the chest please tell me. Please help or the kids will never stop making jokes. Please

u don't really have to do a hardcore excercise u could just try maybe riding ur bike or hangin out with friends more also once school starts u'll probably lose weight cause u won't have as much spare time and if u have a really really bad cravin for junk food just drink a diet soda or water and then weight awhile and go do somethin and hopefully you'll forget about it
