hey..
i have never been skinny, but just recently catigorized as "fat" this year i went up from a 6 to a 10 or 12! i am always depressed and have tried soo many things! i just feel embarassed talking to people at home about it! i play sports all during the year and go to camp during the summer and i work out all summer but still nothing! i try eating lesss but i think i snack too much and when theres junk around i just eat it! i need help! anyone with any advice, suggestions, solutions, ways to lose weight!!! pulease email me! purkybabe90@yahoo.com

Ask Your parents to Do not Buy Junk food for and Buy Healthy food Exercise every day. The main thing that will make you lose with is running for about 45 min.You should be able to lose weight Because you are still growing. Have Faith in Yourself.Write in Your diary to let the presure go.
