Ht. 5'4", Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - I'm 5'4 and 185 pounds. I hate going to the mall with my friends because they are always wearing tank tops and shorts and i have to wear loose T-shirts and jeans or baggy pants. Even during the summer. It's really embarassing. Since school is starting soon I would really like to loose some weight so I can go back a new person. I have tried to diet but it nevers works for me. I have just started to exercise but it doesn't look like it is working. If anyone has any suggestions for me I would really appreciate it. My screenname is ReDHeAd4U2690@aol.com please im me anytime.

try to eat healthier. Go to http://www.nal.usda.gov:8001/py/pmap.htm and try to follow the pyramid, eating healthy foods. Start doing more activities, like walking the dog, or dancing to the radio for half a hour. Jump rope and trampoling also does wonders.

You can't drink to much water, I forget the details but I did read an article about that and our bodies don't retain water

hey i know what you feel like,at the beginning of last year i was size 14 then i walked home everyday from school(it's bout a half hour walk) i went from a size 14 to a size 8 in about 10 weeks,i felt amazizng then i started to catch a ride and now i'm size 11 again so what i'm saying is it'sok you can do it

hello everyone. my name is mina and i weigh 145lbs.i am trying to lose weight- but i am having a lot of trouble.i started going to the gym 3 times a week for 2 months now... and i cannot see any difference what-so-ever! also- i have been drinking lots of water to help lose the extra pounds.i was wondering if there is such a thing called "drinking too much water."i am starting to think i maybe retaining the water i drink.if anyone could give me any information at all- that woud be wondeerful.
also- i would appreciate it anyone would like to become friends with me- i am feeling really alone... and i know i am not... and i would like to hear from you.
