Hey guys I am new at this, but i thought i would give it a shot. I am extremely overweight and have tried lots of things to change that i had done well at weight watchers but now money is tight so i have to think of somthing on my own. If anyone has any suggestions please tell!! i want to be normal like my friends and be able to enjoy myself without being self contious.

If you truly want to lose weight, then you are determined enough, but you have to stick to it!
HEre are some things that will help...
NO POP! (did you know that if you drank one less pop a day that you will lose 25 pounds in a year without doing anything else?)
DONT EAT PAST 8 PM! (Or else it will go straight to your stomach, hips, thighs, and butt!)
Excersize! (You will lose weight if you burn more calories then you consume in a day)
