Today: 165 lb - hey ok i'm 13 and i weigh like 165.. and iw anna lose wight really bad but i'm ike addicted to junk food... is there a good diet or a good exercice that helps my abs or my belly and my thighs?? i really need advice! pelase help!!

Well to stay away from junk food, eat one snack a day and make sure that it satisfies all ur tastes.. sweet sour bitter and w.e else there is. That way it elminates all of them.
And to lose weight in your stomach, jogging does really well.. and for lower abs lay on the floor with ur hands under your back for support. lift your legs up slowly and bring them down slowly without touching the floor. it really works i had to do 25 in gymnastics every day when i did it. And upper abs, well just regular crunches work. Pick one spot on the ceiling and dont look away from it while ur doing them. And do them slowly.

just don't think of food go to ur room and do homework or something else, i weigth the same as you and everytime i lose it i gain it back

jogging's good for all those areas and try to stay away from the junk- allow yourself one junk food a day so that you can stick to it- and make sure the other stuff you're eating is good for you!
