You should try the video "The firm" and try to cut down on sweets and also drink green tea it speend up yor metabolism..and most of all Believe in yourself and one day you'll win and dont take no for an answer and prove to those who doubt you, that u can lose weight..coz ur a girl and girls rock! so you go girlfriend!

I can help you Christie. You can still have a snack every once in a while. I mean maybe once or twice a week and when you do get a small portion of it. If you like fruits get some of those and add it to your snack pantry.
