Today: 145 lb, Goal: 115 lb - hey there well i weight 145lbs.. im very concious and my boyfriend just left and is to return in like 4 months i relaly want ogetdown to 115 but i dont think i can do it.. my mom wont tell me anyhting about dieting.. but i feel ugly and just i dont even wantto go out.. cansomeone tell me if i eat salad for dinner with chicken and a slim fast bar for lunch and tomato juice for breakfast will i lose weight fsat..? and cani reach my goal by may? please answeer me!

you'll lose weight fast- but to be healthier and to be more sure that you can stick to your diet you should add in a couple more fruits or veggies between meals so that you won't get hungry and go for a quick energy boost. make sure that you're never hungry or your body will really crave quick sugary fixes. drink a lot of water and it wouldn't hurt to throw in some exersize everyother day at least. good luck!
