Ht. 4'5", Today: 256 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - help im over weight i weigh 256 pounds i am 13 and only 4'5" maybe cause we eat fast food every day i'v tried every thing pleeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaasssssssssssssssseeeeeeeeeeeeee hhhhhhhheeeeeeeeelllllllllppppppp !!!!!!!!!!!! p.s I love pizza reply asap

Firstly stop eating fast food i know it is hard but you need to do it. Ask you mum or dad to take you to a food store and help you pick out some healthy opitions. Also try and get 20 minits of exersise a day even if it just walking home from school .Good luck.

Hey calm down! If you eat fast food all the time and no one knows that you are trying t lose weight just tell your gaurdian that you want to eat more healthy and lose weight. Im sure they will understand and maybe even try and help you! If you keep on eating fast food then get a water and a salad or if they dont have salads get like a light burger that is not a "SUPER COMBO" or like a "KING SIZE" and try not to eat fries because salt and especially butter do not help in this sort of situation. Also make something at your make your own healthy sandwich or fruit smoothie! mmmm...hehe

hey hun!! well heres a diet plan that u will lose weight quickly n safetly on! for brekfast u have a low fat yog wid an apple, for lunch..a huge salad made wid celery, lettuce, tomatoes etc wid sum low fat dressing on it if u need it, and for dinner then try a pork chop (wid da fat removed) or a lean steak or something wid plenty of veggies! combine this wid half an hours exercise per day and ur sorted! i weighed 140lbs two weeks ago and i am now down to 128lbs!! hope ive helped and feel free to email me at if u need ne mur tips!! luv me xx

What have you tried? B/C if you're still eating junk food then obviously you haven't tried everything. You need to talk to your parents or whoever you live with, if they don't understand, talk to a conselor. You also have control of yourself so if dinner is pizza, then you can control yourself and eat only 2 slices or find some fruit and veggies instead from the fridge. You can buy great soup that is low calorie. Everyone likes some food or other that is unhealthy, whether it is chocolate, pizza, cheesecake, etc...but the key is to AVOID those foods and eat only a small small portion of them.
