Ht. 5'5", Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 95) - I have tried every diet! I want to start into this one. If I make my breakfast healthy, then the next week make my lunch healthy to, then my dinner, then my snacks and build on would this work? and what is a sensible diet plan for a 15 year old girl that is very unactive, out of shape, 5'5, 173 lbs. most of the fat around her stomach with an addiction to all kinds of food? thanks!

I am the same way about not doing much activity. I am homeschooled and don't get to do normal stuuf kids do in public schools. I don't think that it would work because you may be eating right in the morning, but what about the rest of the day. If you just eat right in the morning, then the calories you are trying to lose will just build up at lunch and supper, but if you want to give it a try, then go for it. You just never know. This is just my opinion. But if you do go for it, let me know how it works!
