I can't say tht I reached my weight goal. But my first I had lost 5 pounds within 2 days and I gai ned it back. I thought well this can't go on so I went on my second diet. I stayed on that diet for 2 weeks. I had lost ten pounds so now my weight was 200.5. I gained that back now I am struggling to get back on a steady diet which I willn be starting tomorrow which is 2/21/04. This time I will stick to my diet and get at my goal weight. I am currently 206 pounds. My goal weight is 120. I will be sure to check back in and let you all know how I am doind on this dient within three weeks. So be on the look out.

i think that you need to focus on life long eating changes and not diets that only last a couple of weeks. you need to be more consistant with y and what you eat. good luck...
