I have been a little heavier my whole life, but just recently, i began to add on more weight. in the past year i have slowed down on my eating, and managed to slow down my weight gain, but i have a fear that if i dont get a better control on my weight, i will have serious health problems. I am also gettting a lot of pressure from my parents. they are both in really good shape and excersize often. They try to get me to excersize more, but i find that the more they tell me to excersize, the less i feel like doing it. i dont no why. i play sports but i decided recently to not go out for teams at school because of the fact that i think i would never make the team because i am so heavy. i have also had really mean comments made to me because of the fact that i am an overweight girl. someone please help me and tell me if they are feeling any of these same emotions!

I know I dont have the same problem but try your best to stop eating so much sweets and start eating grapes,corrots and drink about 6to8 glasses of water and try to exersize like walk home.

i have been super skinny and i just got fat, and it is really hard. i have had a lot of mean comments made about me, and it's tough. the more my parents say to exercise the less i want to, cause i am pretty much a rebel to my parents. they just sorta gave up and told me, "if your am happy with the way you look, then thats fine, it's not our faults." and to hear your own parents say that hurts. if you want to talk some more you can e-mail me at
