Ht. 5'6", Start: 153 lb, Today: 153 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - i really want to lose weight but everytime someone walks in on me working out i freeze and feel awkward.i want to walk or jog but i live in the middle of nowhere. i cant stop eating a lot . Can someone please help me?

Well, then work out when no one else is around, if someone walks in, feel free to stop until they leave, you have no obligation to work out in front of them. And it you live in the middle of nowhere, it's probably a lot better for walking or jogging than living in a big city, especially if you don't wanna be seen, so I'm not seeing how that's an issue when it comes to you walking or jogging... you can. And you CAN stop eating a lot. Guess what... if you say you can't, you're right. So don't. It's not an easy thing, but it's no harder for you than it is for anyone else, so it's definitely possible. Do research, figure out what you need to eat for it to be healthy, and how much, and then do it. It's a simple concept. It's not an easy thing, but like I said, it's no harder for you than it is for anyone else, so since other people have done it before, you can too.
