i understand how you feel i do the same things but if its hard to stay with the diet thing i found that mulitgrain cerel helps it has a little taste of suger in it it helps me when i feel the need for some thing sweet or you just need a snack

i know exactly how you feel. but, what the hell,a good plan should also include stuff YOU LIKE TO EAT, b/c if you deprive yourself too too much, you may finally pig out. anyways, listen to your body and know when to stop.
