i am deperate for some help. All my life ia have been bigger than other kids whether it be by my height , but mostly my weight. i'm tired of people looking at me as if i were a freak. even when they try to hide their stares i know they are looking at the way i look. many of my friends think i'm not fat, but i want to impress not just my friend, but others and mostly myself. i really want to be skinnier before the next school year. so if anyone can help me with fast and effective results to lose weight i would be much ablidged.

hey ya'll whats up? well ok i'm turning 14 on 7/23 and i weigh 129 pounds the people on this web site said i'm "a healthy weight" but i really wont to loss 30 pounds so i can look good for the yr book picture, in that swim suit and for my boy friend! for a while i've been working out and eating right but i'm a huge fan of chocalotte and its not really working for my diet, i've read alot of these other stories and its really motavated me but do u think u can give me a few pointers? i would really appreciate it! thanx!!! if ya'll like good charlotte 2 i wouldnt mind hearing that either! bye, love always me!!!:-)

You should not try to lose weight fast. In the beginning of losing weight the weight comes off easier, but after a few weeks it doesn't come off as fast. U should eat healthy such as stuff low in fat and calories and high in dietary fiber. Excersize for 30 min a day and build up to a hour. I hope I helped.
