Hey, I have about the same problem as u. All I can say is just to eat better or go on some diet or such. Exersize can help u lose weight 2. I used 2 do cheerleading and I lost a couple pounds. But if u want 2 stick 2 doing all that, I suggest u think about someone that u really like and think is cute. Maybe if u lose weight, they would like u a lot. Just an idea. I try doing it sometimes. Or u could just imagine how much better u would look if u lost weight. HOPE I HELPED!! BYE!

Just watch what you eat! When you go out to eat and you order a steak or something eat half of your steak half of everything you get and take the other half home and eat it in another hour in a half to 2 in a half hours ok? good luck

dieting is never as easy as doctors make it seem. i know what u are talking about as i hate going to the doctor 2 for that same reason. dieting doesn't need to be really stressful she just need to eat healthy and cut down on junk food...in other words u don'[t even need to think of it as actually 'dieting' just think u are making healthier life style changes. so if u can eat healthy, drink at least 8 cups of water and exercise for about 1 hour a day i am sure u can be in a healthy weight range within 4 months...but u have to stick to eating healthy and not eat much junk...once in a while is ok but only as a treat...not a regular thing.
best of luck to you! i am sure u can achieve it
