OMG!! OMG!! today i was searchin through pics an i saw this old pic of my from 6th grade(im gonna be a junior) and i look so much thinner than i do now. i ahd to be like 150 or 160 then an now im 216. i feel like such a lard butt. i totally told myself tha this was gonna be the summer that was gonna change everything and i was gonna eat better an exercise an i started the slimfast diet but like all my other diet that didnt last very long!!! i feel like such a quiter. i thought i was soo big back then. wut the heck was i thinkin. i absolutley do NOT want to get any bigger. i refuse!!!! plzzz sumbody help me get out of this vicious cycle!!!!! plzz plzz if u have any advice plzz email me at SwtAsHunni06@aol.com thanx an thanx for listenin to me rant an rave.

just do it. it sounds so simple but we both know it's hard...or is it? maybe you're making it hard? maybe you're just not putting all of your effort into it? try the best you can and you will succeed because you8 have the ultimate control over your body. only you can put what you do into it and only you can make it get up and move. you need to take control of yourself. when you start thinking about eating all of that crap just put it out of your head. REFUSE TO LISTEN TO IT. you can do it. you're in control. you can eat only 1200-1500 calories a day and get at least 30 minutes of physical activity whether it be walking or taebo or whatever a day too. now take action because you can and you really want to. take action because if you don't there's no one else to do it for you. good luck!

Just try to eat better and make ur guardian get good foods in the house. Tell he/she/both that u want to lose weight really bad and u want to be happy w/ urself. You should excersize at least 30 min to an hour a day and drink a lot of water. hope I helped
