Hi guys this is Alexia Identical Twin sis, Could someone please be my sisters weight losse buddy every say she gets up and crys because she can't fit in the clothes I were, Me and my parents give her support but she needs a friend, she does'nt have any friends ( I'm serious) could someone please help my sister! Then while you may be twins, you're not identical, at least in body. (I don't know about your personalities, that may be what you mean.) It explains why one is thin and the other isn't. As her sister, you could be the one to encourage her, without putting her down or making her feel bad because she's heavier. If she exercises more and makes healthier food choices, there should be some good changes coming.
