Ht. 5'2", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - Well winter hit new york finally. But here's the sad part....How will I go outdoors to excercise when it's TOO DARN COLD?! I feel as if i'm getting worse by the day but I won't stop! If any of you guys have any tips on how to excercise during winter please share because right now i'm clueless...

Well, maybe you can join a gym or a YMCA? That would be perfect sense you can workout indoors. ALSO, maybe you can get a workout bike, and also some workout tapes or even a Wii Fit. GOOD LUCK. =D

I'm using the winter to focus more on building muscle, that way I don't get down over any weight I might gain.. I'm also working in a bit of cardio where I can, I go for a walk when it's not too cold, jump rope in the basement or use the treadmill when my brothers aren't home, or use the wii fit.. if all else fails, there's always dancing around the house or cleaning..
and then if you can, there's swimming, skating, skiing, sledding, fitness classes, intermural sports at school, or anything else indoors that you can think of! good luck!
