Ht. 5'0", Start: 260 lb, Today: 305 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - Tomorrow is FINALly Thanksgiving! My stomach has been GRUMBLEing for a WEEK from thinking about it! Today I could barely concentrate at school because of the CRAVEing for THANKSgiving dinner. I know I'll OVEReat but I can't help it! The LONGer I wait when I get a craveing the MORE I eat and I've been WAITing a whole WEEK!! All that food will make me gain WEIGHT and I know THAT but I still can't REsist! Being SO heavy is very UNcomfortable and its so hard to MOVE and BREATHE but that DOESN't stop my CRAVEings! I hate CRAVEings!

I understand where you're coming from. On Thanksgiving food is especially hard to resist. Here are some tips: - Don't skip breakfast, actually eat so you're more full. - Drink lots of water during the meal. - Eat slowly, so you can realize you're full instead of stuffing food down your throat and wanting to explode later. -Eat one serving of the food that looks good and low in calories (the healthiest.)-If you get something on your plate that doesn't taste good, DON'T eat it. It just adds more calories when you don't even like it. -----Try to resist stuffing your face tomorrow. You'll regret it. Happy Thanksgiving !
