Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - hey well last year i weighed 150lbs and than i gained a ton im so unhappy i just want to be normal i dont want to be differnt becouse of my weight i dot want to worry eny more so now im CHANGING MY LIFE i am not going on a diet becouse diets dont last forever but i want to eat and exersize forever i am going to eat healthy and exersize and eat less.I am getting a scale tommorow for i can weigh myself once a week.each month i am planning on loosing 10 to 15 pounds.im scared becouse i always give up becouse i convine my self that im going to be fat forever.but this time is differnt im going into high school next year and i want to be 110 by that time so im going to push myself i know i can do it i can do eny thing people in this world have acomplished harder things than loosing weight so why cant i just do this tiny thing.i am going to be posting every day so come on and read how im doing also heres my msn for that we can be weight loss buddies(ballin1996@msn.com)by p.s before you add my just type a relpy that your going to add me luv MOLLY <3

I'm going to add you! Definitely know how you feel -- I put on 30 pounds within a few months last year, and now I've just managed to work off that extra weight. I'm at 175, only about 30 pounds from my goal weight. I'd love to work with you!
