Ht. 5'10", Start: 180 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 145 lb - OK so I'm really depressed. I went out shopping today and came back with 2 things. I tried on about 8. You know that horrible feeling when you're in the dressing room and something's tight or cuts into you of makes you bulge in the most horrible places? Yup. Then my mom says that I've gained alot of weight since the summer. I guess she's right. Over the summer, I lost 15 pounds and got down to 174 as my lowest weight. Now I've let myself go and I didn't even know it. I feel like a fat hippo, and if I get over 200, I don't know what I'm gonna do with myself. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to lose weight before the summer? I don't know what to do. :*(

hey, i'm new here..and i'm in the same boat you are! I'm like 5'9 or 5'10 too and weigh like the same.. and yeah i have the same clothes issue too..proms coming up so i'm stressing lol. ....andd i'm gained weight as well. great. its best just to start off working out..you'll already feel better about yourself for doing that everyday and then you can go from the there with the eating and stuff. its hard. i know..especially with easter!

u sound 2 have gained a few winter pounds. everyone gains a little over the winter, so u can work it off. just do around a half hour of exercise a day (working ur way up), and eat three meals with small snacks. good luck
