P.S. if you're craving something really fattening like french fries, only eat one fry. You have the taste in your mouth, so you no longer crave it. The other fries only taste the same.

Eat healthy. Fruits, veggies, water, skim milk, lean fish and meat, etc. Eliminate deep fried foods, junk foods, oily foods, soda, and fruit juice (unless its 100%, but you have to remember that there's a lot of fruit in fruit juice. Over 10 oranges make a glass of orange juice) Only eat when you're hungry. Don't rely on calories, but rely on carbs. Read food ingrediants (it goes in order from what's in it the most to least. any oils, sugars, ect are bad for you). Exercise the way you want to, but in order to lose weight I'd stay away from weight lifting or else you may gain weight from gaining muscle, or not lose at all.
