Ht. 5'6", Start: 185 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 160 lb - im doing horrible. i need control but i feel like i cant do this. i need motivation, but i guess i also really smarten up. lol. i got a free ice cream cake from my work yesterday and i had a slice of that tonight :( and i had a burger around 11:30 this morning, but it was just the burger and the cheese, and then i had crackers around 2 or 2:30, and for supper i had pizza :( hopefully tomorrow will be a lot better. NO MORE CAKE!

Trust me just getting thru one good day is so hard but after u do it its all down hill from there Keep ur head up! We all have slip ups now and again.

hey, i know how you feel. once your in that rut its hard to get out. what i do is i think to myself, "remember how good you felt after eating healthy? and how crappy and fat you felt after eating bad?" i find when i eat healthy i feel smaller and more energetic, and once i eat a burger, i feel like a lazy slob. just tune into your inner voice and itll tell you what to do
