Ht. 0'5", Start: 168 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 168 lb - Hey you guys... I haven't been on this sitr for a couple of days.. I kinda gave up on my self.. I do so we'll all day and then I come home and eat everything... I have no will power at all, and a I really want to lose weight. I am 5"5 and 168 pounds... I've lost weight b4 and I felt so good about my self but then I gained it all back and ir really sucks... I have A LOT of problems in my life and I don't want weigh to be one of them, but unfortunatly it is. Food is the only thing I have control over, and I'm not sure what else I can do. PLEASE help me and give me advice.. thank you.. <3 megan

Usually people binge because they are restricting themselves. Remember to eat the foods you love, but in moderation. Keep eating healthy and exercising and you'll lose weight. You can do it! Good Luck!
