Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 150 lb - I can't fit normal clothes my friends are all British size 8 with 24 inch waists and there's me who can hardly walk without having to stop in my size 22 pants, 40dd bra and 24 tops. My mum has to make most of my clothes I outgrow them each season I can't stop gaining. Can anyone who's anyone out there please reply before I go beyond the point of physical and clothing return. Please help me! From your 200 lb friend.

Have smaller portions of food but 6 times a day and make a schedule of when you should exercise.

well hi there i know how you feel but this might help a little 1.dont eat after 8.00 2.dont eat things bigger than your fist
well thats it it made me stop growing and now i actually lost 10 pounds

umm idk if they have this store where u live but where i go to shop or my clothes is factory connection and the have clothes that fit me they have 3 and 4x shirts and there is pants that is idk i think as far as they go up is like 24 or 26
