Ht. 5'7", Start: 220 lb, Today: 472 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - When I was younger I never used to comfort eat but now that I've started high school and my weight has shot up i do it almost everyday i don't know why but I can just sit and eat non stop for hours and it makes me happy. But then I go stand on the scale and see for instance I weighed myself 2 days ago and I've gained 4 lbs since so then I go and eat while my parents are out and gain more. I don't realise how much I've eaten till I run out of food and look at the mess around me how do I stop

I have been doing the same thing but in Jesus name, it will stop. here is one thing you should try, eat whatever you want but chew it slowly (around 15 times) if you're going on a binge, chew your food 25 times and see what happens. buy sugar free gum and drink 8 cups of water a day. Involve yourself in a sport, or if you do not want to just try to take stairs and hide your remote so you have to get up and change the channels yourself, if you're hungry let yourself eat but remember to chew! contact me @; and tell me how it goes!! blessings.
