Ht. 6'1", Start: 260 lb, Today: 270 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - About a year ago, I was 160 pounds, ripped and in a happy relationship working out. Me and my gf broke up and I starting gaining weight. I kept eating and not moving cause I felt better and now I'm almost too big to walk right, I can't even excerice cause I'm waddling. Anyone know how to shed some of this weight? :\ help

Aw I've been there. When I got dumped I got so big I almost couldn't walk. But don't worry :p as long as you can still walk a little you can shed it. I'm sure you can at least lose a few pounds. Even if you couldn't, you can also be happy with yourself. Just don't do what I did and keep overeating or else well both be my size haha. Best of luck. P.s. even if can't lose some weight, iM sure you're adorable waddling around :3
