Ht. 5'4", Start: 191 lb, Today: 187 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 155 lb - Well I've never did this be for just started but ya. Well what I think be overweight is it's sometime not about being sad always for like me I eat because I'm bored and I'm bore and I dont know what to do I got and eat then when I'm sad I hate eating but ya I like really do know what to right but ........
