Ht. 4'4", Start: 60 lb, Today: 86 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 65 lb - I am 86 lbs right now and still gaining. I used to be a healthy weight, but then I got really stressed at school and started eating, ALL the time. I would come home from school and eat. and eat. and eat. I was not hungry, just stressed. then i was not as stressed but I was just used to eating. Then I just got bored and would eat. I am eating 4-7 full size meals a day right now. please help me. My grandma makes dresses for me and im embaressed whenever she measures me because i know in a few months the dress wont fit and she will measure me again. please help me, i want to lose about 15 lbs before she measures me again. or asap :)

Eat small healthy portions drink lots of water Stephanie.. Have the dress as you motaviton.. Staring slow by walking or joing a sport.
