Ht. 5'5", Start: 287 lb, Today: 283 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - hey guys so i have had it ruff the past couple days my mom was in a car accident and my grandmother was dignosed with thyrod cancer so i have been eating eveything because oh the anxity i need to get back on track has anyone tryed alli as somthing to help ? my mom has given it to me before and it takes all the grease out of what you eat the only down side is that is you eat anything bad its going to go right through you if you know what i mean lol(GROSS) haha anyways and what about the wii fit ? well guuys i need your help also because in august for my 16th im going to ocean city for a week on the beach and i want to be able to feel confident in a bathing suit so i need your help more than every !!!!

Good to have you back! I'm sorry about your mom and grandma :( I know how it feels. No not really. Just keep posting! Every day so you can share your success with everyone! You could lose like 60, maybe 70 pounds by August if your really committed to dieting and exercise. By the end of the year you could reach your goal weight.

jump rope,walking,running,jog,drink lots of water,small portions,don't eat when strss,draw,sing,dance,write,pet your pet or stuffed animals.We all have slip ups, you can lose 50 pounds by your sweet 16th brithday!Shebly you lost 4 pounds wow! keep going with the weight loss!
