Ht. 5'2", Start: 265 lb, Today: 260 lb (BMI: 48), Goal: 165 lb - Hello everyone so a year ago i had lose a total of 40 pounds. I was on this website almost everyday and got so much help, i was doing great. Well i gianed 35 of those pounds back, i honestly feel horrible. I know this isn't something impossible and i can do this. This past semester was awful so stressful i couldn't stop eating, but thats over, I'm on here again because i would like everyones help again. I'm going to start working out tomorrow, for some reason though i have been eating way too much at night does anyone have some tips I could really use them. Thank You and this time i'm here to stay because this website is one of the reasons I've lost weight in the past =)

I just recently joined back on too. For night eating to break the habit i recommend setting a time in which you stop eating at night. Like 730 for example. It helps to keep you in check and not eat alot right before bed which is the worst because your body has a really slow metabolism while sleeping so any food eaten right before bed is immediately stored into fat. Also to curb hunger at night, a banana, glass of milk, or cup of tea always helps.
