Ht. 5'3", Start: 353 lb, Today: 369 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - I posted a while ago, after I went to the doctor and then my mom made me run. my mom has kept trying to get me to run, but usually i just walk a little and then rest and then walk a little more. I have put on more weight. i just cant stop, and i honestly dont know what to do. I have tried eating less but the food is so good, and when I am sad I eat. when I get home from school,i usually pretty much eat until i go to sleep. my mom didnt even notice that i gained weight, my stomach is so big now you cant even tell when i get fatter. i cant fit my pants around my stomach anymore so i have to button them under it, but then it hangs out and i dont know what to do to make it stay in my shirt. i fell yesterday in the shower and i couldn't get up and i had to call my mom in. she had to get my dad and my brother to help me get back up. i was stuck in the bathtub for like ten minutes, because i am wider than the tub and too fat to get up on my own. i really need help. i am so scared of reaching 400 pounds because then i know i am only going to get fatter and never lose weight. :(

Stay hopeful! You can still be healthier and happier. I think of it as fixing a boat. Would you take the whole thing apart and rebuild it at once? No, just a little bit by a little bit. I have issues with my weight too, and seeing your post really helped me feel I wasn't the only one, so thank you.

Kathy you can do it! find out why you are eating? I am eating because I am hungrey? I am eating because I am strss out? I am eating because I am bored? I am eating because I am fursted? I am thristy? is my brain lying to me? I recmand a food jounral that helps people lose weight! start walking! just take small stepes,eat appples,pears,oranges,bannanas, drink lots of water!

Kathy, email me. We can help each other lose weight. This is very sad. I know you can stop eating this way. Cut your servings in half. Set yourself to have 3 big meals a day and 2-3 medium sized snacks a day. Limit your milk, soda and juice intake to only 1 can a day. Walk for 30 minutes to 45 minutes whenever you can. Allow yourself 1 sweet a day, example, a cookie.
