Ht. 5'1", Start: 260 lb, Today: 335 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - HOW can I stop BEing ADDICTed to FOOD???? Because I THINK that's why I OVEReat and have no WILLpower! I'm so HEAVY now I can feel my WEIGHT CRUSHing me ALL the TIME but I still get CRAVEings and OVEReat anyWAY!!! In SCHOOL I can't even LISTEN because of how UNCOMFORTable it is to be SO HEAVY but ALL I want is to go HOME and have ICEcream or COOKies to feel BETTER. WHAT do I do because its getting REALly hard to COPE with my WEIGHT and I DON'T think I can STAND GETing much BIGger. PS EXERcise is OUT of the QUESTION because of my WEIGHT I can barely even WALK between CLASSes at school, it feels like CARRYing a MOUNTAIN and SOMEtimes I have to LEAN on the WALL and rest and them I'm LATE.

Dont be discouged I know how it feels.. I remeber having this habit a while a go.. Back in November and December. 2010.. It was bad I know. We all make mistakes, I have suggistons!! eat when you are only hungrey, I ask myself do I need food or it is just craveing then I say no to binge eating,,,,, and just stop it and tell my brain I dont need more food. I excrise instead of eating when I dont need to. If you have a outfit that you cant wear because it is tight, draw it on a peace of paper and think about before you binge.. Dont give up reaching your goal.. Drink a lot of water and do some excriess like walking, do it slow, and after you get used to it,, do it faster,.. ride a bike, sctoctor, do use a treadmill if you have one,,, I am 15 and you only 3 or 4 inches shorter then I am... I have noticed that if you take the temption out of your house its easier to cope because its just not there
Also exercise may seem hard but you can try just small steps
Like walking home it may seem hard but it will get easier and easier or just going up and down stairs a few times
I know it sounds hard but the more you try the easier it will get and the less you try the harder it will get
Remember that you should only be doing this for you
If none of that floats your boat just dance or do stuff you enjoy
