Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - alright so, since gaining 10 pounds over the last 6 months ive been reallllly down on myself, which causes me to eat more out of being upset about it. funny eh, you gain weight and as a result you eat more to cope lol hardly sounds like the smart thing to do. anyway im done feeling sorry for myself. i'm going to do this. i want to lose at least 5 pounds to start feelin a bit better. im starting college on monday as well as working so i'll be busy and wont have time to lay around and eat, ill also exercise at least 3 days a week, and try to avoid fast food/candy etc. i really hope i can do this lol god i miss being 155. hope everyones doing awesome, keep up the good work!

You can do it!
Just remember that it will be hard at first...and cutting everything out all at once will be difficult as well! The important thing to really think about is that EVERYTHING COUNTS! Everytime you choose to walk instead of drive...everytime you pass up dessert...everytime you drink water instead of juice/pop. You may not see results tomorrow but all od those thing add up over time and produces results! :)

Now that you've started college, how's the weight loss going? I had come into college hoping to lose a ton of weight since I'd be close to a gym and could pick my own food, but after the initial weight loss, I ended up ballooning up and gaining a ton of weight back because I started being so busy with classes and eating junk in the cafeteria. (Started college at 190, went down to 175, and close to 190 again now.)
