Ht. 5'5", Start: 265 lb, Today: 265 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 230 lb - I can't stop overeating. Food is like my best friend. It is getting so hard to find stylish jeans in my huge size 24, which is getting tight. I eat food when I am bored or whenever anyone else has food, I feel the need to be eating, too.

I know how you feel Molly. Go outside if you are upset, when I get upset, I walk my dog, pet my cat, she will meow and come running in like what wrong? I ride my scctor, or jog, I stay away from the kitchen, and the food. I only eat when I am really really hungrey, drink water, if you feel like you are going to binge count to 10-15 or put a timer on.. That usually. If that dose not work get help from a grownup, parent, or a cansler, teacher, they can help you... Or your doctor...
Dont give up for your weight goal...
