Ht. 5'1", Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - I am 5'1 155 lbs. My doctor put me on a 1300 calorie diet. I follow it sometimes. Yesterday at my g-mas house. She had a BIG bag of M&M's on the TV. Every one was in the kitchen and I started eating them. I had eaten 1/2 a bag by the time we left. I sneak food when my mom is asleep and when my mom goes to the store I start eating. I need help to figure out how I should stop doing this. Please!!! that's how eveything started with me! I would sneek food too and I put on weight. (I didn't put on a lot, but it did affect my body size etc.) Try and stick to the diet. I know that it's tough and can be rather restricting, but start setting goals for yourself, such as, if you follow the diet properly for a week, or say, 5 days, on the weekend you can have a pizza or something that you usually aren't allowed to have.
