Uhg... I just ate so much my stomach hurts! I don't understand how I can eat so much, I don't feel hungery and there is no good food in the house but I just feel bored or just feel like eating so I stuff my face (with food I don't even like) so much my stomach hurts I can just feel it stretching. If someone has tips to like avoid the kitchen or something, I don't know... I know brushing my teeth helps sometimes but usually I just head towards the kitchen.

Put up reminders on your cabinets (Such as quotes or pictures) that remind you that you're trying to lose weight. That way, every time you head to the kitchen, you'll see them and you'll be less tempted to eat. You could also keep a bottle of water with you. Every time you get a craving, take a drink of water.

drink lots of water it fulls u up so u dont feel like eating. also i dont no if it is safe. but wat i did was wen i felt like eating a cookie i would chew it but spit out. so i got the taste without puttin on weight. hope this has helped. Michelle.
